Reflecting on a Remarkable Executive Education Program with Fakeeh Care Academy

I had the immense pleasure of participating in an exceptional three-day executive education program designed by the Fakeeh Care Academy and facilitated by Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship - MBSC. The program provided a unique platform to delve into emerging executive issues and foster insightful discussions with the brilliant executive teams of our group.

We were privileged to learn from esteemed educators:
- Prof. Zeger Degraeve, PhD
- Prof. Dr. Farzad Khan, PhD
- Prof. Larissa von Alberti-Alhtaybat, PhD

As Prof. Farhad said, strategy is not a plan but a consistent pattern in a stream of actions that emerges over time. Prof. Zeger helped us make the right decision with thumb tack game. He lost 150 SAR, however, we gained a very good lesson out of the exercise.

Comparing the performance of publicly listed healthcare companies was a great learning session. At the end of three days of education, I am sure all our executive team has a different way of understanding.

Each session was a profound learning opportunity that reminded us of the importance of going back to basics to enhance our daily operations. The insights and strategies we gained are invaluable as we strive for continuous improvement and excellence in our work.

As a lifelong learner, I am grateful for the opportunity to expand my knowledge and connect with fellow leaders. Special thanks to Dr. Ziyad Alharbi, VP / Fakeeh Care Academy, for orchestrating such an enriching program and extending the kind invitation.

Here's to continuous growth and embracing the journey of learning! 🌱📚
