New year, same commitment: a people-first approach at the core of every success!

As the year draws to a close, it’s the perfect moment to reflect on the journey of 2024 and look ahead to 2025. This past year has been nothing short of transformative for me, marked by both incredible challenges and rewarding experiences.

The first three quarters of the year were a whirlwind, filled with exciting projects at my previous hospital and the unique experience of contributing to the company’s listing process. These were milestones that brought valuable lessons and professional growth.

In the last quarter of 2024, I embarked on a bold new journey, joining The View Hospital in Qatar as CEO. This move, both to a new country and a new organization, brought a fresh perspective and plenty of opportunities for growth. While the differences between markets are undeniable, one thing remains constant: my people-focused approach.

As a leader, I’ve always believed in the power of listening. During my rounds, I take immense joy in connecting with my teams—engaging with individuals who often know exactly what needs to be done but are waiting for someone to hear them out. Empowering teams through dialogue is an opportunity I’ve always embraced, and it remains at the heart of how I lead.

Looking ahead to 2025, I’ll be focusing on two critical pillars with my leadership team: academic care and technology-driven care. These are essential elements for advancing patient outcomes, enhancing efficiency, and shaping the future of healthcare.
