Stakeholder engagement is the formula for success!

I am grateful that I began my career in a TPA 20 years ago and transitioned to healthcare operations, which allows me to understand the needs of both parties.

It was a pleasure to meet with Neuron/NAS's medical management and explore how we can better serve our patients and enhance patient outcomes. Such achievement is only possible if both the provider and payer sides collaborate. I was astounded to hear our colleagues' attention on strategy and patient experience, and we will undoubtedly contribute to one another while providing the best services to our patients.
