Healthcare is a wonderful journey that is all about people. Quint Studer wrote a fantastic book that explains in depth how to set up a healthcare organization, how to select and prepare the best staff, and how to maintain employee and patient satisfaction.

This was one of the books I read in a couple of days and enjoyed reading since I found someone who described my daily work experience. After reading this book, you will feel as if you knew Quint for years. I highly recommend especially the audible version of the book, read by Quint.
