I often share my time with our teams during 'executive rounds'. It does not only happen in corridors, however I do also join my teams in operation rooms. This is an opportunity for me to experience their daily work, listen to their insights, and understand their challenges. The aim is to create an open communication channel, fostering a work environment where everyone feels valued and heard. I look forward to sharing pictures of these rounds soon, capturing our team's unwavering dedication.
