I had the opportunity to meet with Oliver Blume, Chairman of the Executive Board of Porsche AG and Volkswagen Group, at an event last month.

It was great to hear his views on teamwork, as we both believe that "together we can achieve anything." In a recent interview, Blume emphasized the importance of team performance at Porsche, stating that "the team aims to perform at the highest level" and "the heads of these departments are experienced characters.
