Multi-disciplinary collaboration at the hospital saves lives!

Life is beautiful, strange, funny, hard, and, most of all, it's worth a lot. It is a great relief to hear that a person's life has been saved thanks to the hard work of medical teams and the strength of the human spirit.

So goes the heartwarming story of Ramit from New York. He was in his 20s and getting ready for his wedding when he had a stroke (or 2 as was discovered later). He was lucky to get to the hospital in time to be checked out by a doctor, get medicine to break up the blood clots, and get more help to unblock the blood vessels, preventing any more problems.

Ramit Malhotra could get back to celebrating his wedding in three months with the treatment from Dr. Jay Yasen, Dr. Ning Lin, and Dr. Sri Boddu. In the words of Ramit, “They gave me hope in my darkest moment!” So for all life savers and hope makers, my sincere regards.
