FUH staff go extra miles!

When the mother brought her baby to the hospital without insurance papers, a member of our patient experience team called the husband's company and got the information to help the mother while the husband was away on business.

Or, another member of the nursing staff acted quickly and talked to the paediatrician in time to keep a baby from being in danger.

On other occasions, even when a family was in mourning, when things were at their worst, another colleague helped with the repatriation process.

And what a joy it is when our patients and visitors notice the difference and thank us by giving great testimonials and doing kind things. One of our employees has been mentioned about 45 times in five stars google reviews in the past 3 months.

Our hard work is based on greatness and honesty, and it was the small things that each team member did that made our university hospital a "Great Place to Work."
