My first encounter with Mr. Mishal Abdul Karim Julfar happened during the challenging Covid times. He was in charge of all patient traffic in Dubai as the head of operation. His operation and leadership were impressive. We were fortunate to be a part of the hospital network that managed Covid patients.

Mr. Mishal was recently appointed as Executive Director of Dubai Corporation Ambulance Services. I was delighted to meet him and hear about his plans to improve emergency operations, emergency education, and emergency technology. He excites us with his exceptional vision, and it will be a pleasure to collaborate with him on DCAS projects.
